Standard Shipping (12-15 business days)

VIP Shipping (5-8 business days)
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions to track your orders by email. We will keep on track with the delivery and update you timely.
How can I track my order?
We offer tracking information for every order. You can track your orders according to the tracking numbers we provided to your local postal service providers.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
We try our best to ensure that you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties. However, sometimes it is out of our control of local tax laws.
If you are charged additional taxes/duties at the border, you are responsible for the initial payments imposed by your local tax department. However, do email us the situation afterward. And we will see if we can find ways to remedy you in your next purchase or offer you dedicated discount codes.
